When you contact us with your company’s requirement, we search our database of currently registered candidates and also post your position on our website. Once we are confident in a candidate’s suitability for your position we then forward their profile to you by email for your perusal. You can then contact us to discuss the candidate in more detail or request an interview.
Once you decide to interview a candidate we will confirm an appointment to suit both parties and should you then wish to make an offer of employment we will negotiate terms with the candidate, on your behalf.
